“Water Energy” Festival is a meeting point for the artists for whom 
water is the creative substance and who, at the same time, 
make use of a broad spectrum of techniques belonging 
to the realm of visual arts: painting, photography, light, 
motion, sound, multimedia techniques and video art. 
It is organized by the Centre for the Transfer of Skills 
Society in Gdynia, in cooperation with Museum of Gdynia
 and Gdynia City Hall, under the honorary auspices of 
Mr Wojciech Szczurek, the President of Gdynia. 
All the events of the Project are held in the building of the 
Old Passenger Terminal (Dworzec Morski) of the Port of Gdynia. 
This is a place of historical value that will be turned into 
the exhibition hall and thus serve the purpose of the Project.
